Visit of class 4c

Policeman, veterinarian, painter, chancellor or pilot... are the usual professions when you ask a 10-year-old child what he or she wants to be when they grow up. But at this age it is still difficult to say what kind of work one can use one's talents and interests for. When they move on to secondary school, a lot depends on their future direction.

Children should be able to develop a sense of what interests them and what they will later enjoy in the long term.

But how are they supposed to know at this age what many exciting professions there are? At Gabler, we like to invite school classes to visit us on a regular basis to give young people an understanding of our professions. Everyone needs time for their own development and will sooner or later find out in which direction they would like to go.

During the visit of the 4c of the JPH school from Malsch, the students were amazed by the variety of talents needed to produce production equipment. They learned that everyone in the team is part of the whole. Everyone contributes to our success at the end of the day.

This is how recruitment works today, for the employees of tomorrow. We have already received applications.
